Trying to reach EDD is already a task. I know I e called them over 500 times in two weeks straight from 7am-8pm to no availability. The reason being the call BOTS that were created by THOMAS maxon and ANDRE woodley for financial gain, tie up the lines. So any human calling is out dialed by a computer preventing the chances of ever getting through. So were being forced and bribed to give up any where from $20-$80 dollars depending on the type of call we want to get through to edd since now it's pointless to try calling at all. The call bot dials faster than any human can dial and depending on how bad you want to get through the only way possible now is by coming out of your pocket but don't worry they offer a "call now and pay later", But ,later is when the call connects, not later when you actually have money after you fix the issue of your claim. This is light weight extortion especially because we are still in A STATE OF EMERGENCY!!!!!! And were being prevented from reaching assistance unless we fork over money that WE DONT HAVE, that's the whole reason were trying to contact edd. Let's stop these cash hogs please sign my petition if your tired of people taking advantage of you and creating unnecessary stress to your life.
