If this happens it should also open up the gate way to for Christian story hour in every public library in Saint Joseph Missouri.
We should not be advocating for confusion in masculinity to be taught to our children. There's enough confusion about what it means to be a man or a woman without this slippery slope normalizing.

I think introduction lgbtq to story time isn’t the responsibility of the public library. Leave that up to the parents. Just as you’ve left out bible stories, and other religions stories. It should be a neutral space for the very young to enjoy listening to talking spiders and bears about sharing and caring.

When did we become a nation with no common sense. While this may be legal it certainly isn't morally right. Children of this age group are susceptible to suggestion and are not mature enough to properly make wise decisions. It is the job and obligation of adults to protect them.

The woman who made this petition is married to a pedophile. She married Donald Patrick Muse. He is a registered sex offender in the state of Missouri. This is all public information that can be found online. He was convicted in 2006. She is still currently married to him and has had children with him. This was after he molested her young daughter.
