Children do not need to be exposed to these ugly caricatures of women. Our children deserve better! They need to see that actual women are beautiful and not men dressed to in garish costumes.

I don't believe it's necessary to have "themed" storytime events. We don't have "biracial" storytime or "heterosexual" story time, so having a "drag queen" story time is unnecessary!

The Library Storytime should be about great children’s picture books not about promoting any PAC’s agenda. I also see this as grooming children and making them vulnerable. I strongly protest this and will no longer use this Library if you proceed and will discourage others from using it either.

Libraries should be pushing for literacy not indoctrinating our children with sexuality. This is deplorable and disgusting!

Children should not be subjected to pediafilers or people that practice being drag queens or other suchlike things. Help our children grow up one step at a time to adulthood without gross atrocities.

Developmentally, children should be protected during their latency years. This will divide the community, and would precipitate protests. Our children deserve better, namely a childhood that is not filled with the political debates that the adults have not yet resolved. This is a hard no!

Quit indoctrinating our children. You are NOT allowing them to be who they are... you are encouraging them to be someone they are not.

I am all for characters, dress up, and imaginative play but titling an activity ‘drag queen story time’ pushes a much more mature sexual agenda that is not appropriate for children.

Do not introduce that vile information into our community through the use of tax payer-funded property and infrastructure.

This is not a quality program for children. This is sexual grooming. There is not a single reason that this should be happening.

There is absolutely no positive reason to have drag queens (historically, men who dress as women wearing more make up than a clown, & perform very similar to strippers- & even those who don’t, it has always been adult).
Several libraries have been scandalizes by pedophiles & offenders being part of the drag reading hour; sexually exploitive dancing and dry jumping has been performed at numerous hours; but even if all that doesn’t occur, it is beyond confusing for a young child, psychologically & developmentally!
Our tax $$ should NOT be spent for these individuals to gain access to our young children! Period! Far better use of this publicly funded space can be used.
