As Homeowners, and residents, and community-minded citizens of Kincaid, Christian County, Illinois and its surrounding areas, we do not want to see a Dollar General built in our neighborhood. We already have good, well supported community-based stores, including a grocery, restaurant, bank, and convenience stores, each of which gives back to our community.
