I have been to Cameron Highlands. Many dogs there and all painfully skinny. Culling is not the solution. The best way is to work with an NGO to spay and neuter, to control the population. And please feed them. It won't cost much. What you will get in return are loyal dogs who will guard your construction site, plantation, business premise or homes. Plus culling them is an offence under the new Animal Welfare Bill. Thank you.

Rather than killing the dogs, the leader of the construction management can take a responsibility to inform the blue cross members. So, they can bring the dogs to their site. #think like a human with a brain of 7 sense#
