Stop the slaughtering. Try to find food donations for the dogs. Urge the food caterers to give them leftover food.

STOP dog slaughtering, if you are a responsible contractor, you can at least build a temporary shelter for the dogs to keep them away from your workers. By all means feed them with your left over food, they will in return protect your workers from snakes & other jungle predators.
