Killing these dogs is not the solution, they are hungry, possibly I'll which makes them unpredictable. Spaying and neutering would control for ther growth of numbers. How did they get there in the first place?

Dogs never do antydning out of being evil or hate, if the attack its because they are scared. But humans souls should know better, and killing innocent animals like that, only gives you a personal ticket to hell.
