The current proposal is to build four 60' tall movie studios, three 70' tall parking garages, 5 office buildings, a 45' tall hotel and a 75' tall condo on Bee Cave Parkway.
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to deny the variances being requested by the developer which exceed by a large margin the current height restriction of 35'.
