Stop Development of Large Senior Living Facility Across from Beechwood Farms

This is a bad idea on many counts.

If the facility was not as typical as a BIG money making business i would reconsider.. We need nature to enjoy yo keep us healthy and with happy hearts..

This does not conform to Zoning guidelines and is detrimental to the area in many ways. As a Indiana Twp resident I have already seen a chain link fence replace the natural trees and plants at the entrance to our neighborhood due to turnpike construction and now can see the lights glow from the fracking pad. Very concerned for the area.

We don’t need increased traffic, water and sewer issues, more noise and property devaluation.

This place is a treasure, please reconsider!

Indiana township must support current zoning regulations. There is a reason they are in place.

The traffic will be awful!

I can’t believe anyone would even THINK about putting such a large facility across from Beechwood Farms and in the middle of a neighborhood! Please consider how detrimental this will be to our area!

Beechwood Farms is a peaceful and quiet nature reserve. The area should remain as-is to preserve the natural environment.

Building this would be detrimental to the local community. We’ve all bought houses here due to the pleasing esthetics and natural wooded areas. Erecting this structure will have a negative impact on our neighborhood.

Indiana Township passed the fracking pad with little to no community input until it was a done deal. They are trying to pass through a townhouse complex on the corner of Fox Chapel Road and Dorseyville, with many variances to Indiana townships code to maximize Ryan Homes profits. To my knowledge this is now tied up in the courts. It's a municipal election year...who is willing to run?

This sounds like a VERY bad idea for this location off of Dorseyville Rd.

Why are we always ignoring zoning requirements. There is a reason zoning ordinances were put into place.

Please rethink and plan developments to support human needs with every enviromental consideration and provision possible. I do not support this project as offered.

I moved here BECAUSE of the woods and proximity to Beechwood Farms. This development will not just effect Hidden Falls but Beechwood Farns and the hiking trails in Fox Chapel that make the area a special place in the county!

I am concerned that this new development will bring more traffic to.our community and possibly change the scenic view from those homes on Wilmar whose backyards are adjacent to the proposed plan. This plan could very well effect the property value of those homes. This project would be better in another area.

This development is out of place in this area. It directly negatively impacts my neighborhood - Wilmar Estates and the character of this area. Vote NO!!!

No
