No more houses please. The roads will be at a standstill let alone destroying our beautiful riverside

This area is such a beautiful and peaceful place where nature and man can be in harmony together. Please don't spoil this little peace of paradise.

Need to call a halt to this unnecessary type of development when there are so many other options. Too many greedy people with too many influential people in their pockets....

Any further development would impinge on an existing natural site of beauty, quaintness and charm, spoiling its appeal and relaxation and adding to a busy dead end lane adding further chaos as exhibited by the current house development on Church Lane with residents movement being impeded by workers and delivery traffic.

The riverside is my favourite thing about living here. Its beautiful and peacefull; this world is full of ciaos but the riverside gives us relief. I've grown up here, i remember my Grandad taking me fishing there as a child, and me being at my happiest.
It is a conservation site and it should be respected as such, not sold out to make a profit.
Also, the river regualary floods, if people build on our green spaces the flooding will be more severe and will put people at risk (more than enough lives have been lost in our river, lets not increase it and ruin one of Hartfords most treasured spots).
We’ll have no free space left at this rate.
