How can building in a conservation area even be considered?We really do need to keep all our green areas as the trees are needed to fight the pollution from the ring road & also the ever expanding A14.

Don’t spoil Hartford river there is more than enough land within Huntingdon for development. There is extensive building developments currently going on. There is not adequate infrastructure to support any more developments that isn’t already started e.g. schools GP practices hospital and council services

It’s a beautiful area and represents Huntingdon and a lot of people use it so building on it will have a negative impact on local people. People with mental health issues find walking there and the beautiful surroundings a comfort and it does not cost anything!

The line has to be drawn somewhere. Towns need green spaces and we have a beautiful river aswell.

I agree building yet another property/properties in Church Lane would go towards spoiling this beautiful recreational area and take away yet more habitat for the wild life and also create more traffic in which is a small country lane with lots of walkers. Also cutting down all those beautiful trees would be devastating. I oppose this very strongly. Please let the riverside remain as it was meant to be, enjoyed and not for profiteering.

This small single track roadway does not support the current residential traffic let alone construction vehicles that repeatedly chew up the soft verges (as being clearly demonstrated by the current new and hideously ugly new development) . These large £1.5 million residential 'infill' developments should not be permitted in this quiet picturesque setting as they in no way attempt to meet the national housing shortages but just line the pockets of developers and greedy land owners (who then invariably move anyway so as not to live overlooking them !)

I am objecting as I believe any buildings would be at severe risk to flooding and adding pollution to an area where people can go to escape
