This proposed building is so totally out of place. We all who live and visit Kailua Kona agree that this should not be approved. Hawaii Island is so special with it’s beauty, it’s culture, and limited crowds. Oahu, and Maui are at the point of no return which makes me so sad. Let’s keep Hawaii Island special.

As proposed this building looks totally inappropriate for the Alii Drive Beach area. Both in style and size it it is sure to be a negative impact on the surrounding area and a visual eyesore.

Just does not conform with our beautiful Kailua-Kona town. Will restrict residents and visitors alike who love and frequent this area for everyday enjoyment. Overcrowding is not the vision we want for Kona.
