I will not contribute to ASPCA with their awful commercials. I give instead to WWF and St. Jude because they show the good they do. Glad to see that others agree with me.

I love animals but these commercials are too long and depressing. I mute them or change the channel. There are more tasteful commercials that are shirt and to the point and tug at your heard more than these do....like St. My Drs. These ASPCA ads just make you want it to come to an end!!!!

I am a animal lover, I cannot Stand to see these commercials, I change the channel. I know animals are abused, but throw this in my face every 5 minutes is not going to stop it. If they care, STOP what they know is happening. I also heard most of their donations don't go to the animals.

Stop these commercials. They are exploiting poor innocent animals to draw money for HUGE salaries
COE makes in excess of $850,000

Commercials are way to pitiful and designed to snag the pockets of gullible people. They steal most of the money so I have read for CEOs to buy big mansions and bank accounts. Meanwhile starving , abused children in this country do not get fed or cared for. Don’t see pathetic commercials about kids in this country.

I have had all I can take of these disgusting commercials. What gives you the right to show such disturbing images that my grandchild cries! If you want to raise money to stop animals abuse and neglect, GREAT but get rid of the images. All it is doing is making people change channels.

I'm not an activist nor am I a member of any animal organization. I'm simply a retired veteran who deeply cares about treating animals well and the joy our pets give us.
On 8/2/21 CBS news aired an investigative report into the national ASPCA. (It's on CBS website & google)
I was extremely Disturbed to learn that of the over $280 million dollars of donations the national ASPCA has received in the past year they have spent or squandered over 65% of it on themselves, travel, or salaries as proven by financial documents disclosed in the CBS investigative report. They also purposely mislead the public into thinking donations are dispersed in support of local animal rescue organizations when in fact the ASPCA only operates in a few select cities. What I find even more disturbing is that the CEO was paid over $850,000 from donation money that should have gone to rescuing animals and helping local animal shelters across the nation. To put that in perspective , the CEO of the American Red Cross is not even paid that much yet is an organization ten times as large as the ASPCA. Another extremely disturbing fact is that they (National ASPCA) routinely deny local animal rescue facilities assistance in times of need, grants, or donations.
I am absolutely appalled ASPCA claims to help animals yet spends the majority of money on themselves and advertising to raise even more money for themselves.
The fact that over the last ten years they (ASPCA) have collected over 2 Billion dollars yet only used 147 million (approx 7%) towards actually rescuing animals and supporting local/state Humane Societies and organizations is despicable. It makes me furious !
To know they market and solicit by sadly tugging on the heartstrings of animal lovers and advocates then pocket the money, fail to provide funds to local shelters and rescue groups, and spend it to solicit more money makes me sick.
I spoke with my state and local SPCA's and they told me they have never received a dime from th
