Since Round 1 Cannot be stopped, I would like you to help me stop Round 2 of demolition at the Kings Park Psychiatric Center. As you all know, these buildings are all beautiful in their own way. They all have a unique type of architecture that will never be repeated because the architect has passed away. This has to stop, as for buildings 93, the quads, 44, 7, 21, 22 and a lot of other buildings must stand. Thank you for signing.

Walking past these grounds remains painful because each structure tells a story that the wrecking ball is trying to erase. I have been reading your memories of this place and they confirm that we are fighting for a piece of our collective history that can never be replaced.

The momentum behind this effort is truly overwhelming and proves how much these beautiful buildings mean to our community. I am deeply moved that so many of you see the architectural legacy here worth saving before it vanishes forever.
