This petition is to try and convince congress to create and pass laws that would force the manufacturer of cellular phones and other communication devices to create programs disallowing the use of a cellular phone or any devices capable of texting or calling without the use of a hands free device.
Everyone should be by now aware of the deaths caused by the use of cell phones whether texting or talking. With this petition we can help reduce the number of accidents caused by the intention created by holding a cellular phone to talk or by looking down to text by making the use of such devices unavailable while moving beyond walking speed.
