All lives matter and serial killers are sick people who need help. We should not kill for revenge, instead we should get them the love and help they need. Anyone who kills is disturbed. We can't keep judging them as evil when we don't know what is going on in their mind. And killing them will not bring the lives of the victims back and we can never bring them back either. Instead, we should make an effort to understand them more. Many killers have either paranoid schizophrenia or psychotic disorder and the rest of them are also disturbed whether it's physically, mentally, sexually or emotionally. The crime rate has not changed and we have had the death penalty for centuries. The death penalty kills people not crime.
