Professionalism, no matter what the business type, should always be maintained. It builds respect and reputation and trust. Without it, an enterprise will find themselves with customers wary of involvement in anything that carries the business name, and that can spell death for a business. Is this what Runewaker wants? Is it what Daybreak wants? Repercussions from neglect of this game could be far-reaching and long-lasting, but the people of Dragon's Prophet NA -- that is, the game's supporters -- are currently open to "forgive and forget," as long as actions are taken swiftly and comprehensively to correct issues as outlined in this petition. ... Runewaker & Daybreak, your reputations and views of your professionalism are dependent on your actions and responses to these issues. We hope you'll make good decisions.

As stated above in the petition, if this receives enough signatures, it will be sent in an email to Runewaker, and possible other contacts like John Smedley from Daybreak in an attempt to try and get this game the attention it badly needs.

"As part of this transition, SOE will now become Daybreak Game Company. This name embodies who we are as an organization, and is a nod to the passion and dedication of our employees and players. It is also representative of our vision to approach each new day as an opportunity to move gaming forward. "

you think your untouchable by the community, you are not the first company to think this, and again SOE you have been warned several times about your status with games. The community is not taking actions, and i advise you that you heed our request with the upmost attention.

Yes, the 100 signatures goal seems low... but you guys are aware how bad things are for our servers. Please share this around, let's see how many we can get!
Please avoid posting this directly to the Daybreak-controlled forums, as it is against their forum guidelines. Use social media or in-game chat.
