Data centers are taking every single green space in Bristow and surrounding areas. We need parks, recreation facilities, places where kids/teens and elderly can spend time. What is being done to Prince William county Gainesville Bristow and Haymarket with data centers proliferation is an atrocity. If they are unavoidable, make the companies building them also build something of value to this community or take them elsewhere.

I have lived in NOVA since 1974. Ffx Co, PW Co (moved in 2021), now western rural Loudoun. What is happening in PWC with respect to Data Center development is a travesty. All you need to do is look at the debacle in Eastern Loudoun as an example. As a board you should strive to do better.

Please drive through Prince William Co and see where all of these enormous buildings are towering over neighborhoods. It’s disgusting to know that it didn’t have to be there. You chose to allow it there. We are not supporting this!!!

Over existence of data centers within Prince William County reduces development opportunities for future uses that could better enhance the county's desirability where to live and work. Additional housing to accommodate every income level is very much needed. Although an ample source for tax revenue, data centers are monstrosities and not neighborhood friendly. The electricity demand from these facilities negatively impacts residential needs. And as technology evolves to not require these huge and bland looking structures, what's going to happen to them?

Datacenter overdevelopment might mean a few hundred dollars a year less tax on each house, but it also means thousands of dollars worth of time lost driving around them, property value lost to inconvenience and blight, and home improvement activity, local business, and office potential lost due to not wanting to deal with them around. Stop selling us out!

Mr youngkin you need to stop spending like a drunken fool and make these data centers who you seem to be so adamant about getting into our state make them pay for their own infrastructure not the citizens dropping down car taxes by a pittance and property tax by a pittance and then you raise the value of the house you are operating a Ponzi scheme very disgusting Mr youngkin I'm glad you're only in it for one term and I hope you're out of politics we already have a Larry Hogan. We might as well have had Terry MacArthal I don't think he could have done any worse to stick it to his constituents you appear to be operating it like your kingdom and punch drunk over the money and forgetting your hair to lower our taxes and get government out of our way not to bring more. Very disgraceful Mr youngkin.

Mr youngkin seems to be a great disappointment and has let the business side in his greed get the best of him and us and our wallets. He only seems to be in it for the money how about stopping spending so much money on wasteful projects and ignorant roads that go nowhere like balls Ford and brentsville ignorant interchange which go nowhere and provide nothing but waste our money. He's as bad as Larry Hogan and Joe Biden combined. Just watch what's happening in Maryland where they're trying to force people to have their properties appraised under Eminem domain to provide power for the senseless data centers That's what's happening here as well. Sickening thank you Mr youngkin that's a despicable act and I'm glad you're only in it for one term we may as well have had McAwful I don't think could have done any worse.
