while I live in Fauquier in the Vint Hill area, these data centers need to figure out a way to be less envirionmentally impactful. Like burying lines as well as the building themselves - yes it is expensive, but the future cost of land loss, potential health implications, land value decrease far outweigh that.

Data centers are fast becoming the hot, steaming turds that developers scar the suburbs with!!! They inevitably cause activity rates to skyrocket 2X-4X!!!
