DA might have some bad decisions but THIS ONE IS THE WORSE OF ALL! Stealing is stealing, just because it's art it was made and belongs to someone and if someone takes it from it that's still stealing because they are taking something that isn't theirs

If da decides that it's okay to steal art that rightfully belong's to someone they would lose hundred's of deviants .If not than most of there greatest art will be deleted for safe keeping .

It's really sad that something that revolves around theft is okay with dA. If someone stole something from dA headquarters, i'm sure that they wouldn't be okay with it. Someday, everyone will leave dA because of this.

i find this ridiculous! iv been an artist for a while now and for you to say that stealing the stuff that I and many other artist work hard on is ok? what could possibly be going though your mind to suddenly make this ok!? its not ok! so me and many other artist will most definitely fight back

Making thiefing artworks legal is ridiculous! Artists has been fighting against this for years! They are no longer taking us as a people with lifes and our dream jobs or hobbies that are helping us! We need to stop this! Artists stick together!

They can NOT do this! Allowing lazy, unimaginative people steal others hard work is terrible and can get out of hand quickly if the staff doesn't get off their asses and try to stop art theft!

This is ridiculous. Soon they will say anyone can come into your house and take your belongings because it's "not technically theft". I work VERY hard on my art. It belongs to ME. Nobody else. ME. My art. It is not public property.

This is taking away the rights of an artist's artwork. As said, stealing an object is theft, correct? Then, taking someone's art without permission and claiming it as your own so also be considered theft. I am in deep hopes that the Congress aren't that dumb to take away the rights over someone's creation.
