Cyber-bullying is a global problem which many people suffer from, inparticually children. Schools do not have the opportunity to punish these cyber-bullies, is this fair that a victim has to suffer and the bully gets away with it?

Yes the police can take action but only when cases get to a serious level, but their serious levels is different to the victims. Cyber-bullying should be put to a stop as soon as it starts and schools should be able to help this process as a big part of a child’s life is spent in school. It is bad enough that children get bullied in school either mentally, verbally or physically but it becomes more of a mental strain when a child has to bring their problems home which they have no escape!!!

This petition is to give schools the right to take action against cyber-bullying and give them the right to produce sufficient punishment for the offender. The law needs to be more specific and this is what we are fighting for!!!
