People honestly don't know the infectious and positive impact the arts can have on a person. Not only for purposes for pursuing a career in entertainment but for confidence building, and learning skills you wont in everyday life.
Arts institutes really opens up doors for us creative people to go wild, and show the greatness in being a little different.

I've done performing arts since a young age and to hear that they are cutting costs on it breaks my heart! Unfair to cut something thousands love!

We need the arts, for some of us its a career or a career choice, we cant not have this, its not fair would you cut any other jobs NO then why performing arts!!!

the arts don't just make future actors, singers and dancers. The arts make future business men/women who will stand up in front of people with no fear, the arts makes creativity acceptable and will inspire people to think there was never a box in the first place

I believe that funding should continue as musical theatre and art are the things that mean most to me and more funding will create more chances for young people like me

This is ridiculous, my time at Birmingham Ormiston Academy has been the most rewarding and challenging two years training as a dancer. I truely wish the government would see how much the arts mean to so many young people in Britian.
