H.Cukurs voluntarily sworn “in the name of God to be subservient to the German military and its commander Adolf Hitler”. Glorification that is meant to follow after H.Cukurs whitewashing is a way to repetition of Nazi atrocities, that were absolutely condemned by International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg in order never to happen again. Whitewashing statement of H.Cukurs to be innocent based on fact he was not tried is same absurd as would be to state that A.Hitler was not guilty of Nazi atrocities for actually he did not stand a trial in person.
