I create this petition because I want my children and justice. I was forced to sign over my parental rights, slandered, lied about, coerced, stopped from walking out of the office, discriminated, bullied, taunted, threatened, denied my rights to speak with my attorney at the time, all because supposedly Melissa and Kiven smithberger couldn't have any more children or children together. I was not into any trouble, no drugs, no alcohol. I was taking good care of my children. I made sure that my children had more than everything that a child could have in life. I didn't neglect or abuse my children. The Monroe county Ohio sheriff's, the woodsfield Ohio City Police, Melissa and Kiven smithberger, Lynn Booher, Stephanie Caldwell, Stacey Magruder and the CPS are all whom committed these crimes and robbed me of my children.

I am a mom who refuses to give up on my children and justice. I love my children more than anyone can say, compare or begin to imagine. What people don't know is that the CPS gets $5000.00 per child and children they rob from innocent people and mother's like me. And foster and these supposed adopted parents get $500 to $900 a month for each child until they are 18.

There are many many parents and moms who want nothing more than their children and justice. Imagine your self with out your children. You couldn't begin to go a second without them. I am tired of getting up without my children and justice. I think about my children every single second minute hour day and night. I am asking, praying and begging for my children Brookelyn and Blaze back with me and justice.
