I recently had my hearing for my niece and they said they don’t think they have a case to charge us for the accusations made against us but we will now have to fight for her in a custody battle. It has been almost a year, she is going to forget me and my children. They won’t allow any biological family members see her. She is currently only seeing 1 sibling and she has 3.

I hope they do wear cameras. They also need to scan in at foster care on a fingerprint scan and GPS app to show prof they are checking kids.

CPS is lying on documents, making sexual jokes in meetings, CPS has placed my daughter in a home where a rapist was known to be left alone with my daughter, CPS placed my children with someone who was a security and flight risk, CPS allowed my daughter to cross state lines during an open court case. CPS is trying to medically kidnap my daughter.

They continue to put families through hell. They should be held accountable for the abuse they put families through everyday...and the kids- even counseling won't undo all the trauma they put these kids thru. It's totally unacceptable behavior from people who represent our state.

I’ll sign against cps. Cause I’m my case I know where I was wrong and can admit it but the others lies and false allegations, workers lying to judges, and caring for the parent child bonds 28th amendment. Now here I am they revoked my criminal bond from family court. How can they do that? Criminal and family court are two different courts. I mean that’s what they say when u have to have an attorney got both of them

They need to be stopped n policed because the tearing family’s apart without proof of things and by opinions is bull crap and then they let children get sexually abused n stay in crazy situations that u can’t fathom.

Reform needs done on cps. They take kids ans never return them to families and the trauma it causes both the kids and parents is horrible
