Doc Mischler is a serial animal abuser. His record speaks for itself. Mischler defiantly refuses to provide even cursory proper care for his horses. Dogs and horses have died in his "care". The must be some authority that will step up and stop this individuals abuse.

this person should NEVER be allowed to have a horse, a cat, a dog ...nothing. He begs for food, a roof over his head... and money...how can he care for anyone or anything, he is not reliable or credible.
