To become a teacher,it is really essential to have adequate training.Our country needs proficient teachers,not contracted unqualified teachers.So to improve our education or country,we need trained,qualified teachers.So I couldn't really accept your idea,sir.
Teaching is a profession. A teacher must have professional training. This training gives pedagogical knowledge and professional ethics for teachers. Thus, the teachers having this training should recruit in education. We don't want unprofessional jobless.
