However, this exception has become the norm for virtually all multi-family residential & mixed use projects regardless of location. If left unchecked, Delray will lose its small town look and become over crowded.

way to much traffic and noise lately. the rules were meant to be for special cases not every single block.
I moved here for the small town vibe. please stop approving these massive buildings that block out everything.
seems like the developers just do whatever they want now. glad someone is finally saying something.
STOP THE OVERBUILDING. my commute is already a nightmare and these new projects just make it worse.
delray is getting way to crowded. enough with the condos already we need to keep the feel of the town before its ruined forever

The idea of the movie theaters is a nice one, but we don't need more retail and office space. I forces the size of the project.
