Stop Commercial Special Events in Wailuku Heights II

Keep businesses in areas zoned for business! We need to maintain Wailuku Heights as the beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood we have all grown to love. We have enough businesses down the hill, we don't want one in our neighborhood.

This must not go through. If it does it would set a precedence for other business permits and could eventually hurt property values.

If approved the result would change Wailuku Hgts from a residential neighborhood to a Mixed commercial /residential There is no benefit to the neighborhood, only negative effects., such as increase in traffic and noise. Not only Wailuku Htgs II will be effected so will Wailuku Hgts I and portions of Kehalani , Ilihahi & Koa will be effected by the commercial truck, buses and cars traveling up Kuikahi to this location.
