Stop Cochise County Corruption

This definitely needs to be addressed

Living the nightmare of their corruption right now

I was the subject of the book "Under the Wheels of Justice" by Margaret MaCartney. I was given a life sentence for a crime I didn't commit, while the perpetrator, a law enforcement officer's son got a slap on the wrist. I made parole, at which point the chairwoman called my case a "miscarriage of justice". I was arrested, tried and sentenced to an illegal sentence in Cochise County.

They ruined my son's life. The victim wanted to drop the case and the prosecutor told her she couldn't or she could face charges. Then we were told the prosecutor was fired for intimidating her on witnesses. Why weren't all her cases reviewed?

too many problems to list. the board of supervisors and the governor are wholesaling arizona residential lands for industrial profits

Medical malpractice, emergency responders corrupt and kidnap, medical billing fraud, police breaking laws, police staging crimes, failiure to properly investigate reported crimes, privacy policy violations by all of above, excessive medical prescriptions given to community, civil rights violations, constitutional rights violations.... they really do seem to believe they can do anything their way with complete disregard of federal laws

This county is by for,worser than the other bigger counies,within in this state. The higher goverments neeed to getinvolved,and clear out the county office & corpution.

The Federal government and Arizona State government needs to get involved, investigate, and prosecute, those in Cochise County Government offices. This county, has & is doing what they want, disregarding the state and federal laws. Judge Skaggs in Benson Arizona, is not a license, nor has he been an attorney. He sits on the beach, rules as he wants. He does NOT know the laws, has Not even research the laws. He is kin, to many whom are constantly breaking the laws. By sitting on the beach, hearing their case(s).There is a serve back log, in court cases in Bisbee.,Arizona USA Because, the judges( whom are in Cochise County ), are married or kin to the DA, board of supervisors member's, or have interest in company's and business. Receiving money tor, look the other way. Is more more likely to be true, than not. People whom travel Highway 80 -south of Benson, to Bisbee, see huge eyesore.The Kokopelli Springs Resort and RV Park.According to the Cochise County Website, this place is breaking every rule, reg, law there is. From on going, health and safety. Sewage flowing on the ground,into water ways.The onsite water well is owned by the park.Yet is in need of repairs,water presure is nil to none.The electrical is sub metered,and much need of repairs. This place is run down.Yet,the owner is recieving goods by the the truck load,to sale.were is he getting the money to pay for all the goods? Slumlord, who is running a business without the proper permits, not paying local, state taxes, sealing goods and wares, out in the open.

I am victim of the corrosion in concord county sheriff's dept and the board of supervisors and I'm a disable person who needs help

We need to stop the county and state from continually performing medical kidnappings and false arrests. The judges dont ask for evidence when issueing warrants and if evidence is presented to the contrary to what the state or officer says it goes out the window.

Somebody has got to stop the corruption!

I watch the heart being slowly eaten out of once was a beautiful little town by people whose behavior is being protected by the corrupt system that is supposed to be protecting us from them! I sincerely hope that if Mr. Light keeps plugging away with his cases and the rest of us continue to hammer away at the edges with ideas such as this we will eventually cause it to fail and fall in on itself. Boy what a noise that will make.

Fighting in the Federal Courts to make them all accountable for their actions.
