This same developer continues to come with this petition I think hoping to eventually get a favorable outcome. As you can see the homeowner continue to speak out and encourage a no vote on this housing development. I add my voice to the audience. I am asking for you to vote no to this housing development.

I believe these homes will diminish the quality of life for the current homeowners and surrounding communities, by eliminating much needed and desired green space, creating more traffic and possibly bringing in more foreign investors and not owner occupied homes. We beg you not to allow these home to be built.
