Chris Von Ulmenstein I find her energy extremely toxic. Her personality is not fitted for a tour guide in Camps Bay. I would avoid her services in Cape Town at all cost. Her reputation in general is referred to as being an old butter face with psychotic tendencies. After reviewing her boring blog I can only agree that the content reflects her outdated knowledge of the tourism industry. It is time for her to retire.

She is disrespectful, attention mongering and blatantly arrogant. Beware of a smear campaign against your establishment if you do not support her or her views. Chris von Ulmenstein - your voice is outdated, your comments unfair, your behavious attrocious.

While staying at the Ebb Tide apartments, this woman harassed me numerous times. On Feb 22, she approached me and started screaming at me claiming that I had been making a lot of noise going up and down the stairs (doesn’t even make any sense). She called me a rude bitch and other obscenities, threatened to get me kicked out. Two days later, same situation. I tried to ignore her but she accosted me with the same insults. I reported her behaviour to the property manager but nothing came of it.

I actually feel sorry for her, I think she has severe mental problems. The problem is, she is not fit to live in a normal society, she really needs to be institutionalized. How can this be arranged? Anyone have some contact? Due to her uncontrolled anger and swearing and shouting at people, lets not forget the toxic remarks on the internet - she has ruined many good, hard working people's businesses and lives. Just because she is in a bad space, she wants to ruin it for everyone else. She is a very very bad person.

She is a horribly abrasive woman the lord decides to put om my path to test my inherent respect for elders. A very bitter unhappy tannie, shame. I'll pray for her but at the same time I wish she would get short recurring bouts of chronic diarrhea...

This lady deserves to be kept in the dark. She is evil and have personal information that will be the end of her. Forever! Going public soon...

Chris von Ulmenstein makes a concerted effort to make people around her miserable! She should not deserve any platform to spew her arrogant bitterness and hate. South Africa will be a better place without the likes of her!

Our stay in 2007 at Whale Cottage was a nightmare! NOTHING like the pictures! Overpriced and filthy accommodation. Dirty pillowcases, a bed that looked like it had been slept in. I still have photos of the disgustingly dirty and chipped coffee mugs we were expected to use. A phone call to her voicing our displeasure was answered with a rude and vile response. She told us we had paid and there would be no refund (basically to “get stuffed”). A “whale” like her deserves a harpoon.
