I find it very concerning how much she publicly shares on Facebook about her tour guests and people in her life. I would feel wary interacting with her, out of fear of becoming the subject of a public rant—especially since this content can be accessed even by those who aren’t on Facebook.

This woman should not have access to free online speech; she is damaging the businesses in Cape Town by her inappropriate reviews and comments. Definitely a racist side to her based on how she reviews waiters. She wants to hurt. She is bitter. Get!

My husband and I stayed at the apartments at Ebbtide for two weeks and she was our neighbor. She is honestly a horrible person. She screamed at us for talking as we were heading out. Verbally harrassed and abused us because we decided to take the high road and ignore her. Honestly the worst person I've ever encountered. Disgusting.

No words to describe such rudeness, and believe me, I know what I'm talking about, because I live in the capital of unfriendliness (Berlin), put this women is the pits...

She is the reason my wonderful and humble collegue was fired, for nothing! She has a mental disorder

She is a rude, obnoxious, racist and crazy

I have suffered numerous personal insults from The Whale.

I stayed at camps bay Victoria rd. for a month next to Chris. the place was lovely and my hosts were exceptional. During my stay, saying Chris was rude , disrespectful and downright racist is an understatement. I stayed there with my three children. she started by literally verbally attacking my 10 yr old daughter as she enjoyed the outside pool. She not only cussed my daughter out but was using vulgar words my daughter had never heard or understood including racial insults. Needless to say, i was in utter shock as I had never heard such vile anger coming from an elderly person. I proceeded to inquire as to why the attack was directed to an innocent child. she explained that my daughter was making noise and she was not happy about it. I am generally a peaceful person and decided to make peace for the sake of my stay. we exchanged numbers and notified her to reach out to me with any concerns. Our stay from this point on was like walking on eggshells because she would constantly send messages complaining of our use of the elevator and the noise she heard from other neighbors. It was a true headache but I understood her sensitivity to noise. what really bothered me where her racial comments toward what she deemed where "black Africans" She was not hesitant to talk in such a derogative manner insinuating that the black people where uncouth and hooligans and should not be allowed to stay in the building .i also experienced another abusive encounter with her a few days before i left. I was waiting for my children to get into my car at the entrance of the building and that was enough to trigger her. she became so irate and began throwing verbal insults to me while I was waiting to exit the driveway. I had to take a moment to regain my composure after such emotionally and mentally disturbing insults. That spiraled her into further fits of rage. she was honking and shouting I had to move my car while i was in that state of shock. My children where witnesses to this unaccept

She screams and swears at everyone. She scratches peoples cars with her key. She has called my clients the K and N word. I cannot fathom how someone can be this horrible! She needs to be stopped!

She should not be allowed to be a tour guide! She was so rude, drove in an aggressive manor and then hinted for a tip.

She s a sad bitter and twisted person. She has absolutely no credibility anywhere, is more disliked than liked so, quite honestly, her little opinions don't matter.

I heard Chris Von Ulmenstein's son, Alex Von Ulmenstein - is also just as terrible as his mother. Apparently he is unhappy in his current job in London and wants to come back to SA, except he can't stand his mother. I agree with the comments below. She just wants a free meal and would like to destroy everyone. She would like people to be as unhappy as she is. A dangerous and terrible mother and son!
