The Chinese government censors the internet for all of its citizens. It blocks all websites and materials that are deemed sensitive by the government. Should this be allowed? Google is considering pulling out of China completely. Should they have to? Shouldn't they be allowed to report on news and other events without having their messages censored. This petition's purpose is to raise awareness of the fact that Google and other internet companies are having to follow the censorship rules China has laid out.
