We need to exercise our God given right to exist and express ourselves, and stop this overreach and abuse of authority. The politicians do not know our lives, and they certainly will not be able to control us using their digital IDs to snoop around and know who's saying who about that person.

Restricting social media is awfully stupid. Despite kids going out side and playing, social media is at least required for kids to understand and develop their brains into what world we are becoming into. Obviously banning YouTube long side it is ridiculous because kids who are in primary school and highschool have limited resources and barely to no videos to watch for visual learners. YouTube has absolutely no harm to kids as it has rightfully added warnings and has pretty good moderation depending on what it may be. Taking away things that were created is sad and can take tolls on kids. Schools and even the government itself has made posters for cyber safety saying that it is clear that being online isn't safe as long as you, yourself are aware of the dangers and consequences of not following cyber safety. It is entirely up to the child and parent(s) to take action against predators or people who are bad influences. The parent is the guardian over the child, correct? So why are we forcing such stupidity on something when some can’t even be stopped. Yeah right — “child safety ” “we want to keep our kids safe” actually, what your doing is quite literally messed up in a sense.

We already have mygov for id, and perantal controls on most things. Considering how many third company partys have had data breaches i doubt this will actually keep kids safe , they’d be better off putting money into schools, housing , Medicare, comuinity critical thinking internet safety education workshops for youth . Literally any other way would be better !the law is too vauge as it is. I dont want random hackers to know my kids age location and face. She deserves to have her privacy respected. Maybe albo should strengthen sa, and stalking laws instead
