A Cell Phone Waiting Lot is where motorists meeting arriving passengers can wait for free, until passengers call to say they are ready to be picked up in the Central Terminal Area. New regulations are being passed that will now charge you to wait for arriving passengers. Although this is a good source of revenue for the state, we feel as though it is unfair to each individual who is waiting a couple minutes for an arrival. Help get rid of this fee, by signing the petition.
