This new govt is a dictature...A hoard of heartless monsters..that's what this new panel of ministers are. Allowing such barbarian acts does not make Mauritius modern..it makes it a hypocritical "wannabe". Change Animal welfare laws once for all...Be truly evolved. Be humane.

It's high time to stop this crime for me it's a crime as we don't have the rights to snatch their lives like that. I personally feed and give a bath to many strays in my locality I have sterilised some of them and some in the coming months. I'm not doing all this for the MSAW to take them and kill them :( like me their are so many people doing the same. It's high time to say NO!!
