Stop CareDash and BetterHelp's Duplicitous Practice

The use of public registries to create the illusion of affiliation for the deliberate misrepresentation of a company's position in the market is absolutely unacceptable

After I sent complaints to SC State's Attorney and the Department of Consumer Affairs in SC, someone from the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs reached out to me and said that since this is a business-to-business complaint, they will not handle it. I was told that complaints should be addressed to the states in which CareDash and BetterHelp operate: MA and CA.
BetterHelp advertises on television and I am wondering if it would be appropriate to contact those networks/ streaming services (such as Paramount) to let them know of the nefarious business practices of these companies. Not sure whom to contact there-- requires some research-- but this might be an additional avenue to pursue. If they cannot advertise on those broadcast networks/ streaming services, they will get less online traffic, which might counteract some of the way they using a "lost leader" approach to gain business.

Stop interfering with trade. Stop falsely representing skills, locations and availability for providers.

The practices of Care Dash and Better Help by proxy, are atrocious, and they ought to be ashamed, misrepresenting the interests of tens of thousands of LCSWs….

CareDash is preventing potential patients from directly reaching me, and using my professional reputation to drive sales to their affiliates.
