Louisiana is known for having higher than national rates of cancer in a specific area surrounding the Mississippi River.

This is due to the cheap land that hazardous companies are able to get a hold of easily.

People who are poverty stricken are typically unaware of the living conditions prior to moving into the area due to the cheap land and buildings.

People are buying into a carcinogenic area for the cheap living conditions without knowing that their health is at stake.

AND WE NEED TO STOP IT.
