We fought it off this year in VA. Amending the Constitution will not bring you "live free," but it may bring you "or die."

If the Fore Fathers' intended for a socialist, communist, fascist or dictatorship style of government I believe they would have written the Constitution that way. After they studied all forms of government, philosophers and human condition in order to decide how the people would participate in their countries governing. They knew what they were doing it took 200+ years look how we've circumvented moral and ethical issues of accountabily. If we do not hold ourselves accountable neither will our elite elected officials once they possess the legal power to pass whatever they desire. The passage of time does not make the Constitution any less relevant.

The Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions wrote a New U.S.Constitution years ago. it is just waiting in the wings, ready for a ConCon. Don't be diceived by so-called "liberty" amendment pushers. Your Fore Fathers' Constitution is in jeopardy.

I cannot believe that those in the General Court can think that a Con-Con is other than the ruling elites plan for replacing the constitution. I has been the objective for over fifty years now. Rescind the Article V call.
