Bully's are a problem in multiple schools today. I propose that passing an 'act' or 'law' that states any child that would treat another child unfairly on school property will have severe consequences, (Suggestions needed! ^^) and if the proper age, placed in jail for children. (Length depends on how severe this bully was to the victim.)
