If you're going to build something at least make it something like another park for children! Theres enough people in town and building more is only going to overcrowd and destroy the land!

Thirty-two years ago when we moved here, we saw painted on an overpass 'Tewksbury condo Town'....that was the first condo-boon-go-round. Now here we are years later going through the same thing. The overbuilding problem remains the same, only the generation of builders has changed along with much larger projects. Stop the madness and preserve what's left of our open space!

Listen to the taxpayers, and stop the overbuilding in our Town. I am sick and tired of hearing that it will help the taxes in our Town to have these developments going in, but all I see is taxes going up every year. You certainly have not proved this statement by me!

The traffic patterns are getting so backed up you can barely make it through town on 38 on a Saturday!!! It is a ridiculous situation without 38 being a two-lane road from north to south. Stop all this building and use the empty buildings we already have or find another place that makes more sense!!!!

We moved here to get away from the city congestion and now condos are going up everywhere. How about the buildings go up on all the vacant main street lots?

There has been an explosion of huge townhome and apartment complexes in this town over the past 5-10 years. I used to live across from Bella Woods, a whole conservation area cleared for so many town homes. To be followed by monstrosities such as Joan Farm and the 4 building complex over by Wynn Middle. This town needs more shops and businesses, not housing.

Stop the MADNESS!! I grew up in this town, my dad was involved in politics in this town and back then there were a few builders who had their hands in the politicians pockets to get what they wanted and Thankfully there were enough people who stood up against it and that is what we need from our Politicians and We the People of this town. Vote to stop this madness.
