A governement should not have this kind of power. How'd we let this happen?

Every dog has equal potential, to be the best dog ever, or to attack. The regulations need to be on neglectful owners who don’t care for or train their dogs.

It’s not the breed it’s how any breed is raised. I was attacked by a Jack Russell as a child! This has to stop!

BSL is a load of crap and doesn't work. Any breed has the potential to be dangerous.

This dog has been therapy for child I know NS Human Rights will side with family to keep dog they already did for a therapy horse. The county could face stiff legal fees. DO RESEARCH

Heartbreaking. This dog deserves to stay more than the jerks that are trying to push him out.

Stop bullying the breed! All Dogs can attack, and unless this dog shows aggression, let him be with his family!

This is ridiculous in this day an age. Dog (of any breed) are a product of there environment, much like people. If they are raised right you won’t have any issues. Come on people it’s 2018 not 1918 get educated.

These policies need to be reviewed. They are insane. All dogs have the potential to attack, it isnt their breed... it is how they are raised.

Antiquated bylaw not supported by any evidence other than the same logic used in racism!

This is NOT a vicious dog. I know him quite well, He has a sweet nature and is great with children. It would be a tragedy to put this lovely down or to force his family to "re-home" him. I have met poodles with nastier dispositions than Chico

Do not take these children’s happiness away for absolutely no reason. Aggression is a learned behaviour and neither party needs to be heart broken if this fact is understood.

This is horrible. Any breed of dog is capable of attacking. I have an AmStaff and she is the best dog you could ask for, with both of my children. Shameful!
