Please do not allow the proposed distillery to be placed near our homes as there are plenty of areas that would be better suited for this type of endeavor

We have entirely to much traffic as is ! No more . It takes me an extra 15 mins to go through crosspark subdivision because there is no red light at the top of Asbury lane !! And the county and city are to cheap and don't want to take responsibility for putting a light in . But they can keep building all these business that don't even have parking so they have to park in the bank parking where I bank . And the lot is so full half the time that u don't have a place to park because the business don't have bit a few parking spaces !

Because a distillery should not be placed in a residential area! Too many concerns for homeowners. Do we not have a say in this?

You should not rezone a residential area to industrial when there is industrial property available. Do you rezone and put a Taco Bell in a neighborhood since there are lots available? NO...

I am so tired of all these businesses coming into the Blackman area and destroying the beautiful neighborhoods. The car dealerships were bad enough, we don't need or want a distillery. The city of Murfreesboro has decided for our town and community that money is more important than the safety, beauty and well being of our town.

I live on Bumblebee and have asthma and other breathing difficulties. The fumes from the distillery might cause problems for me that would force us to move.
