after the budget cuts at municipal level, we should rather use this money to fix the roads and areas up, not rename them with no value added!

While I understand the historical significance of the name change, I feel strongly that it is by no means a priority for our municipality, or the rest of our country for that matter. The lives and the livelihood of the people matter the most. Invest in education, health, housing and social issues. Abantu balambile, isizwe sethu siyafa, uphuhliso alukho!

Its a Country Wide HORRENDOUS Waste of Time and Money. This should be put on the "Back Burner" and only resuscitated as a last resort if really an issue and then only if surplus funds are available.
