Object Licence for the Baird Puppy Farmers
We the undersigned petitioners object to any member of the Baird household of Tarbolton (formally of Hillbank Kennels, Hurlford) being granted a licence to keep a dog breeding & rearing establishment. We object to the recent application for a licence being granted at the forthcoming South Ayrshire Licensing Panel on the grounds that Liz Baird was refused a licence in May 2008 by East Ayrshire Licensing Panel & In March 2008 East Ayrshire council obtained an enforcement order under the Enterprise Act banning her from selling puppies or dogs which were not fit, healthy and conforming to breed. On the 12th of November 2008 Baird was found guilty of falsely selling puppies as Kennel Club Registered. Despite the above criminal charges & court action, the Baird household have continued to sell sick & dying puppies at their Tarbolton address & have falsely claimed that the pups are Kennel Club Registered.
