Please treat our neighnourhood with respect. No more dormitory-like student residences.

The Heron Park Community participates equitably to the development of the City, within the zoning laws. Changes to zoning, and to the character of a neighbourhood, are wide political decisions that should be discussed widely, not piecemeal.

We simply don't need more dormitory style buildings in Heron Park. The City must stop the transformation of our nrighbourhood.

Within current zoning restrictions, the Heron Park Community has done much to ensure equitable development. Changes in zoning are a political decision that should not be discussed piecemeal.

I do not support all the oversized buildings that are being wantonly approved in the Heron Park neighbourhood. It is truly shameful.

Stop allowing these developers to break the rules designed to protect the integrity of our communities!

Why have bylaws that restrict this type of inappropriate development if they can be bypassed. Turning a bungalow into a 4 unit apartment on a lot not sized for such mass is not a minor variance and it has very negative impacts on our community, which we have evidence of in the form of bylaw complaints made against other similar multi unit dwellings. Stop this degradation. Let’s have intensification and density that meets the needs of the people who live in the community, not just developers.

Please consider what is best for a neighborhood and stop giving into developers who are only interested in making money.

Please stop these developments. This is still a desirable neighbourhood for families in the core of the city. Please keep it that way.

I have no problem with upgrades to homes in our neighbourhood. However, it is important that they follow the city by-laws and codes for those upgrades. It is also important that our neighbourhood not become a student ghetto. I trust that our city officials help to maintain the integrity of every neighbourhood in this city.

If the city passes bylaws, they should also enforce them.

I understand that we need more housing, but it has to be done in the character of the neighbourhood. This proposal isn't in the character of the neighbourhood.

Build density that's allowed in this zone.
