This is child abuse. To put a needle into a child for nothing but cosmetic gain should be illegal.
Ridiculous to pierce babies ears. They cannot consent, it is unnecessary, looks ridiculous and is painful with an unpleasant, sore, crusty healing process. No child piercings unless with parental consent before 18. A child over 10 can understand the concept of pain and healing.

They should not be able to until the child is aware enough to ask for themselfs and make a decision ! to force someone else to have a hole in they may not want in there body laiter on is not proper its not a necessary to live ! There for its like when indian mother mark the daughters heads and pierce there noses its for looks its a trend like girls wanting to be so thin HOWEVER (the real reason they are petitioning this is to put guidelines because some young ass supposed "juggalo familys" are tattooing and pierceing babies tongues and staited theres no limited set for children so they could do what they like !! Its all forced bs
