I think these board members should be paid $0 for their services as they are members of the community. Why get paid to help better your own community?

I didn't realize they were paid. I've served on a number of HOA boards, always as a volunteer.

This has nothing to do with my personal feelings about any board member. It is a business and they are paid employees in which have mismanaged our money and resources without care (and Contd to do so based on this past meeting). Even at the last meeting, I was very concerned with how the latest board members were selected for personal gain by the existing board members. The side deal with Jeff and Al made with comments while sitting up at the board tabled shows the lack of professionalism in which we are paying for.

Additionally , we should approach the board to PUSH for a condition in every contract written with any contractor THAT THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE BOUND TO THEIR CONTRACTUAL DUTIES TO PERFORM SAID DUTIES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER THAT SATISFIES ALL RESPONSIBILITIES WRITTEN IN THEIR CONTRACT.
FAILURE TO UPHOLD SAID CONTRACT WOULD RENDER SUCH CONTRACT NULL AND VOID .
ANY MONIES PAID FORWARD WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REIMBERSED BY SAID CONTRACTOR .
THIS WILL BE OUR ONLY CHANCE TO TURN THINGS AROUND AND END THE FRUITLESS EXPENSE OF OUR MONEY !
