Why are the coah apartments across from a&p not enough to satisfy the requirement? When those were being built we were told those would be coah housing and that it would satisfy the requirement.

Please come to the Town Council Meeting on March 28th, 7 pm at town hall on First Ave and support us. If we don't stand up against bad ideas like this it will just keep happening and the next one will be right next to your home.

Lou is the one pushing to have this built here. He thinks it's a good idea.

Fix the apartments and houses we have that are falling apart before building new ones. Where do you want our children to play and to try to keep them out of trouble

This isn't right! These children need there sports and a place to play .. this is one of the reason why are children turn to drugs and other things .. we need this and it's been forever used and still looking great! Please rethink this decision

That's a tight, small little street. It's quite obvious the borough has put NO effort into finding an alternative, because building an apartment house -- even a small one -- on this street is the worst of all possibilities. Doesn't Lou live around there? Is he okay with this? This is just plain stupid.

I am a 9 year resident of AH and previously lived across Ave D on W. Washington for 7 of those years, so I am very familiar with this location. Such a complex would be out of character on this street. I'm afraid it would be an eyesore and encourage a transient population on a residential street, and this would drag down neighboring property values.
